COMIT SYSTEMS JOINS VERISITY'S VERIFICATION ALLIANCE CONSULTING PROGRAM

MOUNTAIN VIEW & SANTA CLARA, Calif, - (BUSINESS WIRE) January 21, 2002 - Verisity, Ltd (Nasdaq: VRST), the leading provider of functional verification automation , and Comit Systems today announced that Comit has joined Verisity's Verification Alliance™ consulting program. Verisity's Verification Alliance program was established to link Verisity with leading, industry consulting firms to provide customers with verification engineering resources and expertise based on Verisity's Specman Elite™ testbench automation solution.

Comit Systems is a contract engineering company experienced in verification consulting, especially on large System-on-Chip designs. Through the Verification Alliance program, Verisity and Comit will collaborate to provide mutual customers with verification methodology consulting services based on Verisity's Specman Elite testbench automation solution.
